Kaneisha is a wife, mother, Evangelist, teacher, community leader, and mentor, whose zeal for God has afforded her many opportunities to serve God's people. ​

​

She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2006, and began a career as a manager. After her son was diagnosed as "language impaired", she went back to pursue a second Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders, and subsequently obtained her Master's Degree. She is currently a Speech Language Pathologist serving the pediatric population in a variety of settings.

As a woman entrusted by God, and called to operate and lead in various roles, she saw the need for a ministry that would serve and support women with a similar calling. In 2019, Kaneisha founded Marriage, Motherhood & Ministry, a ministry designed to impart, empower, and mentor women with multidimensional anointings and large capacities. After founding this ministry, she saw the need to obtain her second Master's in Mental Health Counseling, with a passion to provide Marriage/Couple's Counseling, Family Counseling, and Individual Counseling.
