All About LaNesha Musgraves
Lanesha Musgraves is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas where she is employed as a non-clinical support specialist for Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. She attended Henderson State University where she received her BA in Communication and a minor in mass media in 2013. As proud founder of LIFE ( life influence fitness and empowerment) better known as LIFE By Lanesha , she serves as a wellness coach helping cultivate the best versions of others: mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Founded after she found solace in working out during her journey find herself after giving birth. In 2017, she became a certified mixxedfit instructor where she inspires others through dance fitness throughout central and southwest Arkansas. In 2019 she became a Herbalife distributor providing quality nutrition for her community. Lanesha uses her platform to promote and bring attention to local and national issues that directly affect African American women. Her greatest accomplishment yet, is her beautiful five year old daughter , Kennedi Rae. One of her life quotes is “as we lose ourselves in the service of others, we discover our own lives and our own happiness”.
